Founded on July 1, 2000 as the Rockabilly Round-Up, this site exists to be a comprehensive source of information
focusing on Christian Rockabilly and the broader Western scenes. Special attention is given to Christians in these subcultures,
to highlight "the people underground," as Ruby Joe called us.
Always expanding and recently re-activated (December '06--updates coming soon!) after a long "hibernation period,"
the Round-Up is YOUR place to connect with this exciting scene. Please e-mail me with any comments, suggestions, or links
for the site, and please take a moment to sign the guest book. Let's work together to build this community up!

December 19, 2006 :
WOW. It's been a LONG time (like 3 years or somethin') since I've done anything w/this site and it looks like
folks are still checking it out, so I think I owe it to its adoring fans to make some MAJOR updates here! As time permits,
I will clean up old links and add new ones and new content. The Christian rockabilly world has undergone major changes since
'03, with artists coming and going, etc., so hopefully, this will become a helpful site once again, and not just a snapshot
of what the scene was like 3 years ago.
Otherwise, I really want to expand the "Western" aspect of this site, with (at least at first) a LOT of interesting
links about Western American culture, kind of like what I already have on the Croonin' Cowboy Corral, but in an expanded fashion.
(This is partly for my own personal, Western yellow pages-type convenience, but I want to create a space for others interested
in these things to be able to connect and find out all of the cool places out there to visit (both real and virtual). For
now, if you want to contact me about anything, please sign my guestbook below and I will get back to you!
Until next time, Cowboy Up and Rock ON!

Sept. 24 > Finally added a link to the "Rodeo" concert info. page! It's Rockin' Rich's SoCal Christian concert
site. Unfortunately, it's a regional site, but it is a good, comprehensive one for the LA area, and you'll find a link to
this site on his "music" page. Thanks, Rich! Check it out...

box allows you to type in a word, choose a Bible translation, and find out where the Bible talks about that word/topic, like
a concordance would. It will also take you to the Crosswalk site, which offers many more study tools and other great Christian
sites.
